Matthias Seidel
My name is Matthias Seidel and I have been managing director at Apart Familienhotel Panoramic in Bad Lauterberg in the Harz Mountains since 2008. After studying business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Worms, I was employed in various hotels in Germany and use this acquired know-how to “sweeten” the most beautiful hours of your year accordingly with us.

My name is Matthias Mahn and I have been working as a director at the Panoramic Hotel for over 15 years now.
I am particularly proud of the fact that the Panoramic Hotel has developed positively during this time. We have achieved this development in close cooperation with our guests and our employees.
Monika Resagk
My name is Monika Resagk and I have been working at the Panoramic Hotel in Bad Lauterberg for over 35 years (including training). I have been able to go through various departments during this time, such as reception and reservations. Since 2004 I am the secretary of the management.
Janine Engelmann
My name is Janine Engelmann and I have been working at the Apart- & Familienhotel Panoramic in Bad Lauterberg in the Harz Mountains since 01.02.2011. I am responsible for the Sales & Marketing department as well as the management assistants in this company.
Maria Behnecke
My name is Maria Behnecke and since May 2019 I support the team at Panoramic Hotel in the marketing department.
I studied tourism with a focus on the hotel industry and have already worked in several hotels. I am happy to keep track of interesting events in the region for you and look out for exciting excursion tips to make your vacation with us an interesting and varied experience.
Stefanie Mahn
I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. In 1990 I started my apprenticeship as a restaurant manageress, which I successfully completed after 3 years. Subsequently, I did further training as a hotel manageress.
Nicole Böttcher
My name is Nicole Böttcher and I have been working at the Panoramic Hotel since December 2009 as a supervisor in the Beaver Club and in the animation for the whole family.
Stefanie Höch-Gudehus
My name is Stefanie Höch-Gudehus and I started as an apprentice hotel manageress at the Panoramic Hotel in October 2004. After that I strengthened the reception and reservation team.
Mr. Sarkis
I have been working at Apart-& Familienhotel Panoramic in Bad Lauterberg in the Harz Mountains since October 2017. Since my early childhood I knew that the profession of chef is my vocation and until today I live it. I have already gained numerous national and international experiences.
Sven Böer
My name is Sven Böer and I have been working at the Panoramic Hotel in Bad Lauterberg since September 2017. I come from the former GDR and started learning the trade as a cook in 1982.
